Tělo fotoaparátu FUJIFILM X-Pro3 je nově ze slitiny titania a magnesia a mělo by tedy být extrémně odolné. X-Pro3 je dostupná ve třech barevných variantách - konkrétně black, DURATEC black a DURATEC silver. DURATEC povrchová úprava má být extrémně odolná proti poškrábání.
